Most Commonly Asked
Question: How long will it
take to receive my order?

Orders
are
shipped within 3 to 5
business days
from receipt of
payment.
(Personal checks require clearing time)

Priority mail
takes 2-3 days depending on how far you are from Ohio!

Orders paid for after 2:00 pm Eastern
time are posted the following business day.

Business days are Monday through Thursday!

| My mom
(she calls herself 92 years young) is in the hospital.
We thought it was the flu, but now seems to be something more
complicated. Needless to say, I have been spending a lot
of time with her.
Chagrin
Valley Soap will continue to do business as usual--we may be a
bit slower!
Sam and Lyndsey are
working long hours to insure that everything runs as smoothly
as possible.
There are some aspects of the business
that only I do, like answering e-mail orders.
I have told many people
over the years, that I have been blessed with the kindest, most
