Our shopping cart has
added a new feature.
- Once you log in, you will be able
to click on "Order History." This link will bring up your
past orders purchased in this registered account. You can
click on the blue invoice
number and view all items purchased in that invoice.
- The order history will also show
the date your order was shipped.** Just come back in
2-3 BUSINESS days after you have placed your order and log-in at My Account
to see if your order has been shipped and the date. The link
is available at the top of all of our pages under INFORMATION!
**Please
Note: We ship using the US Postal Service. Although
they do provide what they call a "track and confirm" number,
it is NOT the real-time
“tracking” you see with UPS or FedEx that allows you to track the
journey of your package from our home to yours.
It is really just a “delivery confirmation" number which indicates
whether or not the parcel was delivered. It will not help you
determine when your package will arrive but will help us track a
missing package.
When will your package
arrive? Once you know the
date you package was shipped--Priority Mail usually takes 2-3
business days depending on how far you are from Ohio!
Our shopping cart does
not have the ability to send out e-mails when your package has
shipped. So please check the status in "My Account" as
described above! |
