A rich salve, containing the healing herbs of St John's Wort, Calendula, and Comfrey, to help dry and damaged skin.  Great all purpose salve.  We have used it for dry cracked hands and heels, minor superficial burns, sunburn, itching rashes, and other minor skin irritations.   Ida used this salve during radiation treatments (see note below).

Ingredients: *Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with *St. John's Wort, *Calendula Flowers, and *Comfrey Leaf; and **Natural Unrefined Beeswax

Not to be used on open wounds. 
If there is infection present,
do not use Comfrey as it will heal the
outside so quickly that it may heal over
infected tissues inside.

A great natural salve for itchy skin containing the healing herbs of Chickweed and Plantain.  We have used this salve for itchy dry skin, itchy healing skin, first aid, and to bring relief to insect bites and stings.

Ingredients: *Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with *Chickweed and *Plantain leaf; **Natural Unrefined Beeswax

This super soothing salve contains the healing herbs of Calendula, Chamomile, and Lavender. We have used this salve to relieve skin irritations (such as eczema), skin rashes (including diaper rash), extra dry skin, minor burns, and as natural vaginal lubricant.

Ingredients: *Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with *Calendula Flowers, *Chamomile, and *** Lavender flowers;  **Natural Unrefined Beeswax
 

If using as a diaper rash ointment, allow the baby's bottom to dry completely before applying the salve.  If you trap moisture under the salve it can become a source of irritation.

Now with Tea Tree Oil

A great all-purpose salve.  As you read about the herbs used in this salve on our Properties of Herbs and Botanicals page, you will see why we use this salve as our natural healing antiseptic ointment.  Tea tree oil, called the "first aid kit in a bottle," has been be used to treat burns, acne, cuts, eczema, and fungal and bacterial infections.
