How To Order
1. Order using
our Shopping Cart!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS using the
shopping cart: It is VERY
important that you READ the
Shipping Information. When you chose "International Shipping,"
the shopping cart will provide numerous international shipping
options available through the US Postal Service. Although the
International Priority Mail Flat Rate envelopes
are allowed to hold up to four pounds,
these Flat Rate envelopes can only hold a certain number of
our products. If you choose an incorrect shipping
method for your order, your order will not be processed until
we receive the correct postage including any added PayPal fees
that we may incur for the a second payment. |

Missing Item
Policy for International Orders
|
Although
we check and double check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do
happen. Due to the rising cost of international postage, we
can no longer ship items that are missing from your international
order. If you discover a missing item, please let us know as
soon as possible. We will gladly issue a refund for the missing item(s).

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our all natural products,
we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been
shipped. Since this merchandise
cannot be restocked or resold, we do not accept returns.
Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our
products. That is why we offer our soap and shampoo bars in sample
sizes so that you can experiment.
Chagrin Valley Soap & Craft
is not responsible for any individual reaction to any
particular ingredient. Each product description on our
website includes a complete list of ingredients. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient
should not use the product.
In case you are in doubt
always try an
allergy
patch test and if at any time
irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product. |
How do I
order 7 bars in the Flat Rate Envelope
when the weight is over the 4 pound
international limit?
| The Flat Rate Envelopes can hold up to seven (7)
bars of soap. All of our products are assigned a weight in the
shopping cart. The weight must include a portion of the box
weight in order for the shipping cost to be correct for orders
shipped in a box. This poses a problem for international
customers because there is a 4 pound weight limit for the
International Flat Rate Envelopes and our bar sizes have increased
by over one (1) ounce. Seven (7) bars plus the box weight will
come out to more than 4 pounds.
So here is how we can get around this problem for our
international customers using the Flat Rate Envelopes who want to
order 7 bars of soap/shampoo.
- Order six bars as you normally would
- Then go to our shampoo bar page
- When you get to the shampoo bar page go all
the way to the bottom and you will see a button that says “Special
Button.” Click add to cart
- This
button will add a generic “Soap/Shampoo” for $7.00 to your shopping cart with no added
weight.
- Then just let us know in the comments
box which soap/shampoo you would like for that button.
Please choose a bar for $7.00.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but our
system does not allow an easier way! |
