What is a Flat Rate Envelope?

 It is a flat envelope made of cardstock weight cardboard.**   Wrapped and labeled items are placed in a USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope.   The rate for any weight to anywhere in the US is $5.95

IMPORTANT: Please note the following: 

  • **Due to the size and nature of the USPS Flat Rate envelope, we cannot wrap soaps for maximum protection and cannot guarantee that the bars will not get dinged during shipment. 
     
  • The flat rate envelope is a thin piece of cardboard and, if handled roughly in transit, can tear.  The rules of the USPS regarding flat rate envelopes, do not allow us to reinforce the envelope in any way.  We have shipped hundreds of orders across the country and most of our international orders using this type of envelope and we have had very few problems. 
     
  • Many Items simply will not fit--please see below

 

What can Fit in the Flat Rate Envelope or Box?

1. FLAT RATE Envelope: can hold up to 7 full size bars of our soap or shampoo (or the equivalent--see below).  

2. FLAT RATE Box:  Although we recommend this box for orders about $160.00, it can hold about 25 bars of soap (or the equivalent--see below).  NOTE: With this many bars there will not be room for protective packaging.
