treat for your skin, our Whipped Cocoa Butter Body Butter is
made
using the highest quality, naturally extracted, unrefined cocoa butter. We
do not use refined Cocoa Butter because the refining process strips the
Cocoa Butter of its many beneficial qualities and chocolaty aroma.

We begin with
unrefined Cocoa Butter,
add
avocado butter, avocado oil,
jojoba oil, pumpkin seed oil, and organic coconut oil, and
whip, whip, whip, for hours. The result is
a luscious body cream with a silky smooth texture that
melts into
your skin. |

This rich all natural cream is very concentrated, so
a
little goes a long way. Apply less than you think you need and you
will be surprised how far a tiny little dollop will go.
It may feel a bit greasy at first, but
it melts on contact with your skin and is easily absorbed leaving
your skin feeling ultra soft. It is especially effective if used
when your skin is still warm and damp after bathing or showering.

Our natural whipped cocoa has
no synthetic stabilizers or preservatives
and therefore is a very delicate cream.
- A little goes a long way.
It is best to apply a small amount of the body butter to see how much is
absorbed by your skin, and if necessary apply a little more. You will
soon be able to judge the amount your skin type needs.
- Each time you place your warm fingers into the
jar, you melt some of the butter and over a period of time this will
change the whipped consistency of the butter.
- Your fingers are a source
of contaminants.
- Please use a small spoon,
cosmetic spatula, or craft stick to remove the butter from the
jar--especially if you are buying the larger sizes to use over a long
period of time, .
Please
store our body butter away from heat.

I love your products, thank you so much. The whipped cocoa butter is
a particular favorite. I use it on surgical scars and it just
sinks right in with a light rub (pulling and pressure are
uncomfortable) and prevents itchy-ness. |

Unrefined Cocoa Butter
is an excellent all over the body moisturizer as it acts as
an emollient (softening and
soothing to the skin)
that
aids in preserving the skin by providing a protective layer that
locks in natural moisture. It soothes and softens dry, itchy skin.
It
is good for all skin types and is particularly excellent for dry
skin. The natural emolliency, moisturizing and antioxidant
characteristics of cocoa butter make it an excellent choice to
rejuvenate the skin.
Cocoa butter is often found in products that claim to reduce the
appearance of stretch marks and scars. |
Avocado oil:
expeller pressed from the pulp of the avocado fruit, is
a highly therapeutic
exotic oil. Wonderfully
rich in vitamins A, D, and E, avocado
oil is an ingredient in expensive skin care products and shampoos.
Avocado oil is very penetrating and imparts valuable nutrients to
the skin while it softens, increases elasticity, moisturizes and
leaves no greasy residue. Avocado oil is
classified as a mono-unsaturated oil and is used for dry or mature
skins. It is not only a good moisturizer, but it is believed
to be very therapeutic for dry skin and eczema because it is a
penetrating substance rich in vitamins A, B1, B2 panthothenic acid,
E and lecithin and fatty acids. It is also used to treat sun
damaged skin that is dehydrated and under nourished.

Jojoba Oil:
chemically a waxy ester that is
derived from a desert plant, jojoba is smooth and non-greasy. Of
all oils it is closest to our skin’s natural sebum. It is balancing
and soothing and is known for its anti-wrinkle properties.

Pumpkin Seed Oil
is rich in Vitamin A and beta-carotene. We
use virgin pumpkin seed oil, cold pressed from the seeds, highly nourishing and emollient oil is rich in vegetable
protein and contains many valuable nutrients such as Vitamins
A, B, C, D, E and K, zinc, calcium, magnesium, Omega 3 and
Omega 6, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, and phytosterols.
Pumpkin
seed oil, particularly good for dry, damaged skin, may be
helpful for eczema and psoriasis. Because of its high
protein, zinc, and fatty acid content, it is especially good
to combat fine facial lines and dryness. |

Fractionated coconut oil
is made using a natural fractionation process
which separates light and solid parts of Coconut Oil .
Fractionated coconut oil contains only the medium-chain
triglycerides of coconut oil, which results is very light oil
which penetrates easily into the skin. It is often used by massage
therapists.
Cornstarch
soothes irritated
skin
and some believe that it
has healing properties.
It helps give
skin a fresh, dry feeling , and leaves it feeling silky and smooth.
Cornstarch helps to cut
the oiliness and adds silkiness to our natural body butters.
Our cornstarch is 100% pure cornstarch made from non-genetically
modified corn.
Beeswax:
We
use unrefined
beeswax
with the sweet smell of honey, which
nourishes
and soothes the skin. Skin-nourishing propolis and trace
amounts of vitamins and minerals are found in unrefined beeswax.
Beeswax
also forms a lovely, light barrier on
your skin that prevents the loss of
moisture from dehydrated skin
and helps to seal in the moisturizing oils and butters, without
clogging pores. |

Shelf Life:
Our Whipped Cocoa Butter is a preservative free product.

It is made in very small batches using the freshest Cocoa Butter available.

Because we have chosen not to
include harmful chemical preservatives in our Whipped Cocoa
Butter, it has a shelf life of approximately two months
after opening.

is packaged in small double-walled containers--to keep it fresher longer.

- be
sure, if you are dipping your fingers into the butter, that your
fingers are clean and dry.
When you touch any product with your fingers,
bacteria, mold, etc. from your skin will be transferred to that
item. Also,
you do not want to introduce water into the
cocoa butter. Water encourages the growth of mold and bacteria.

climate, make sure to keep your cocoa butter in a cool, dry place.
Do not leave this product in a hot environment, it will melt.
Keep the Whipped Cocoa
Butter away from direct sunlight, heaters, and the inside of
your vehicle during warm and sunny weather.
Our whipped butter is a pure and
delicate product. We do not use emulsifiers or stabilizers.
If
it gets too soft or melts, stir it up and place it in the refrigerator for about
20 minutes.
The whipped
consistency will change, but it
will not affect the quality of the product.

ALL NATURAL MOISTURIZER!
Our whipped cocoa butter is an all natural preservative free
product.
It
does NOT contain petroleum based chemicals (Mineral
Oil, Petrolatum, Paraffin), chemical emulsifiers (DEA, MEA, TEA),
chemical preservatives (Parabens, Urea), Propylene Glycol,
artificial colors, stabalizers, or synthetic fragrances.

Summer Shipping:
Our whipped butters have
a low melting point.
If shipped during warm weather, the product may melt. If
melting at any time occurs, simply place the butter in a cool place and it
will harden up. The melting will not affect the quality of the
butter as a great moisturizer, but the whipped consistency will change.

|
Whipping adds tiny air bubbles that increase the size, lighten the density
and changes the texture, making the butter
light and fluffy. If the product melts, the air bubbles are collapsed, so
the volume is decreased.
So although the jar was filled with whipped cocoa butter, if
the whipped butter melts, there will be less volume in the container.
Commercial companies add synthetic stabilizers to creams which helps them
stay creamy even with temperature changes. We do not use synthetic
stabilizers.
We package our Whipped Cocoa butter in double walled jars
and wrap our jars in bubble wrap. We have been pretty lucky so far--but please
remember this when ordering in hot weather!
